Welcome to our beautiful spot. Nestled amongst the sand dunes with a view of the entirety of St Ives Bay, from Godrevy lighthouse down 3 miles of stunning beach, across the river, Lelant Saltings, Carbis Bay and St Ives itself. And in all that sand, all that beauty, we’d swap our stretch for no other.

We love the beach, we love the sea, it’s where we’ve grown up and where we can stay young. This is us, this is our home, surfing is special, it’s what we do and we want to share it’s joy with you.
Learn to Surf
From complete beginner, to refining your technique and everything and everyone in between. Our number one aim is always joy and that is always achievable.

Every lesson is uniquely structured to the group and in that each individual will have bespoke tuition tailored to their capabilities. The ethos for our lessons is led by quality over quantity, for group lessons we run an absolute maximum ratio of one instructor for every eight students.

We know this bay like the back of our hands, this has been our playground, surfing, fishing, swimming here all our lives. We pride ourselves on an awareness and knowledge of sea conditions, forecasting and water movement.
All our instructors hold full Surf Coach Safety and Rescue (or higher) and ISA Coaching qualifications as a minimum requirement.
In peak season we work closely with the RNLI lifeguards and have a great bond and working relationship with their team. We’re super privileged to have the Beach View hut right where we operate.
